Sleep is an aspect of health that is usually neglected but can cause serious repercussions as well if not addressed.

Wakefit.co, one of India’s largest D2C sleep and home solutions providers, has many revelations unearthed in the 7th edition of its Great Indian Sleep Scorecard (GISS) 2024 point to alarming indications of deteriorating sleep quality across the country. The report revealed that in 2024, 58% of Indians went to bed after 11 pm. Concurrently, the report also indicated that close to half of India woke up feeling tired in the mornings. 

Here are some tips to help you sleep well:

  • Sleep at the same time every day.
  • Stay away from electronic gadgets.
  • Eat at least three hours before you sleep.
  • Try to walk for 20 minutes before you sleep.
  • Learn to practice meditation.
  • Prepare your bedroom before you sleep.
