Being the champion of collaborative cuisine, Chef Tarun Sibal, whose culinary prowess spans several
successful ventures across Delhi, Bangalore, and Goa earning him accolades worldwide, has crafted the menu that offers experimental yet approachable combinations, bringing forth exciting reinterpretations of old classics.

Each dish is meticulously crafted to evoke a symphony of flavors, incorporating a variety of unique textures. From the tantalizing Burrata Papdi Chaat accompanied by a zesty jalapeno pickle to the iconic Mutton Korma, and from the savoy Tawa Meat to the refreshing Dal Kurchan Chaat, every creation at Taupe pays homage to its ingredients and the land they come from.
