A hotspot for hundreds of migratory and resident bird species. This wetland has just been added to Ramsar list. Some glimpses from my recent stay at WelcomHeritage Cheetahgarh Resort & Spa. Located in Bera, Rajasthan this property is spread over 20 acres of lush greenery, and has 20 rooms, a spa, fitness centre and a swimming pool. Special mention t the absolutely outstanding food by @chef_bhanwar_rathore_1981
The best part are the leopard safaris, I also wanted to see the Sarus Cranes and the team obliged. Some encounters with the Rabari tribe, visiting the Jawai dam and a local temple visit were part of the activities too. Thanks @sunshineritul @tresindia @yudhistersingh and @bhawani_singh_6298 for making it all possible.
